Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective wrapping must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
- Custom or personalized ornaments
- Commercial Christmas Ornaments (bulk orders)
- Christmas Ornament Sets with opened packaging
- Seasonal clearance items (when marked as final sale)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
1 Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2 Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
3 Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, include all documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
4 Ship Your Return
Send your package to our address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
