Order Processing Time

We carefully hand-pack each ornament with the care it deserves. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package ships.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Recommended for faster, trackable delivery
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Perfect for budget-conscious shoppers who can wait a little longer

Holiday Note: During peak season (November-December), please allow additional processing and delivery time. We recommend ordering early to ensure your decorations arrive in time for your celebrations!

Returns & Exchanges

We want your holiday experience to be as perfect as your decorations. If you’re not completely delighted with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be as joyful as the season itself.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective wrapping must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the special nature of these decorations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized ornaments (made especially for you)
  • Commercial Christmas Ornaments (bulk orders from our specialty collection)
  • Christmas Ornament Sets with opened packaging
  • Seasonal clearance items (when marked as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to spread the joy:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, include all documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to our address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange with holiday cheer:

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Processing: Exchanges are processed once we receive your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your new item

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective ornament, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, including covering return shipping – because every ornament deserves to be perfect.
